This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you access or use the Rucks AI platform located at rucks.ai, including the web application at chat.rucks.ai, the administrative panel at admin.rucks.ai, and any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the “Platform”).
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described herein.

We may receive information about you from third-party authentication providers (such as Google or Microsoft) when you use single sign-on (SSO) to access the Platform. We may also receive information from workspace administrators who manage your organization’s account on the Platform.

We implement and maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, secure hosting infrastructure, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may access, update, or correct your account information through your account settings. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at privacy@rucks.ai. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law, though certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We are committed to data portability as a core principle. You may request an export of your personal knowledge container in a standard, machine-readable format by contacting us at privacy@rucks.ai.
You may opt out of receiving non-essential communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send or by contacting us at privacy@rucks.ai.
You may disconnect third-party connectors (such as Google Drive or Notion) at any time through the Platform’s connector management settings. Disconnecting a connector will stop future data synchronization, but previously ingested data may remain in the Platform unless you request its deletion.
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as session tokens) for authentication, session management, and Platform functionality. We do not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may impair your ability to use certain features of the Platform.
Our servers are located in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. We take steps reasonably designed to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable law. Where required, we will implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our lawful bases for processing include: performance of our contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Platform; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent, where applicable.

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as Google Drive, Notion, and third-party AI model providers). This Policy does not apply to any third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services before connecting them to the Platform.
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice via the Platform or by email to your registered account. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy indicates when it was most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
