What happens at the end of the trial?
Nothing automatic. We’ll ask if you’d like to continue. If you do, you add a card and your workspace keeps going exactly as it was. If you don’t, your data is held for 30 days and can be exported at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a user?
Anyone with access to your Rucks workspace. Team includes 5 users and Growth includes 15. Additional users are $60/user/month on either plan.
